Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and With a population of 19,252, Tinton Falls is a small town. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
