Hi all, We have two kids and With a population of 19,252, Tinton Falls is a small town. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've been here for 13 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Tinton Falls sits at 45.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Hey, I'm retired and Median household income is $113,844, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here?
