Military spouse here. With a population of 1,313, Toluca is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 1,313 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
