Healthcare options in Topanga?

Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $1,643,000, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The school system is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
