Hey everyone, I've been here for 18 years and Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $1,643,000, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this?
