What surprised you most about Torrington?

Hey folks, My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Torrington sits at 193.8 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think?
