Crime rate is something to consider -Towaco sits at 57.4 per 100K. With a population of 5,627, Towaco is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
