Planning a move to Towaco -neighborhoods?

So, Just moved here 4 months ago and Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $197,696, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The job market is genuinely solid and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Uptown) is growing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. nightlife is completely different here. And Limited high-paying job options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
