What's it really like living in Town and Country?

Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $237,083, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I work in real estate here and it exceeded my expectations. The job market for my field is tough. Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Old Town area are underrated. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
