Anyone regret moving to Tracy?

I'm originally from Cleveland and It's a a smaller city city with about 95,358 people. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $2,325 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Bought a house here in 2019 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
