Anyone else feel this way? I work in real estate and It's a a smaller city city with about 95,358 people. Median household income is $118,253, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
