Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $615 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Tribes Hill? Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to.
