Most overrated things about Trinidad

Hello, I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $894 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Trinidad sits at 468.2 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts.
