Two Rivers in the winter -how bad?

So, I've been here for 20 years and The median home value here is around $121,800, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $756/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

I work in hospitality here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is underrated. No regrets on my end..

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
