What to expect moving to Tyrone?

Curious what people think. I've been here for 11 years and With a population of 5,421, Tyrone is a small town. Rent is about $788/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services...
