Hi all, Poverty rate is 17.0%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $749/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
