Hello, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $732 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here?

What I wish I knew before living in Union City

So, Rent is about $732/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
