Planning a move to Union Hill-Novelty Hill -neighborhoods?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Median household income is $181,820, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $1,174,100, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in West. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
