OK so I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $1,174,100, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great.

OK so With a population of 23,272, Union Hill-Novelty Hill is a small town. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience?
