Random thought, Been living here since 2007. Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,976 for rent here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
