Housing market in Upland right now

Hey folks, Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Upland sits at 385.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
