First time home buyer in Upland

So, Been living here since 2013. Homes are going for about $170,800 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'm a chef and I've found I love the pace of life here. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 10 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into running, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
