OK so I'm a college student here and Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Upper Saddle River? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
