Vail is underrated, change my mind

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 5 years and It's a a small town city with about 4,729 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Vail sits at 188.1 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some ge...
