OK so I've been here for 8 years and The median home value here is around $125,400, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $23,682, which feels on the lower side for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
