Hi all, Rent is about $1,197/month for a decent place. With a population of 16,785, Vero Beach is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.
