Anyone regret moving to Vero Beach?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $67,351, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Vero Beach? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
