Verona quality of life -am I missing something?

First post here. I've been here for 11 years and Rent is about $1,462/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 2 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into running, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
