Housing market in Villa Hills right now

OK so Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,144/month for a decent place. Median household income is $108,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input.

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
