Thinking about relocating to Villas from Denver

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
