Rent in Waialua getting crazy

Hello, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development....
