Hello, The median home value here is around $216,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
