Co-working spaces in Washoe Valley?

I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Washoe Valley sits at 488.0 per 100K. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? Cheers.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 4 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
