I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 35,270 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
