Hi all, Been living here since 2018. Household incomes average around $126,286 in Waukesha. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Is Waukesha worth moving to in 2026?

Been meaning to ask this. I work in engineering and Rent is about $1,167/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading.
