Been meaning to ask this. I work in engineering and Rent is about $1,167/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading.

I'm a electrician and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
