First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,163 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 3,496 people. Rent is about $1,163/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Close to nature
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Lack of diversity
- Not enough green space

Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
