Internet providers in Wayne?

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are The median home value here is around $142,200, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Wayne?

I've lived in South for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The dating scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in North for 5 years. Moved from San Diego for school. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is hit or miss. We bought in 2021 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. The market is competitive but not impossible.

**Employment:**
real estate is strong here. hospitality is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are competitive for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor scene is improving - we have biking trails within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. North schools are pretty good. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Can feel isolated. Dating scene is rough. And traffic can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For singles, I'd say this is a 5/10. Hope this helps!. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The food scene is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much wild but now it's hit or miss.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
