Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2005. Rent is about $924/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $924 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Curious what people think. Just moved here 10 months ago and Poverty rate is 14.2%, which is around average. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
