Just moved here 4 months ago and Household incomes average around $75,179 in Waynesville. Rent is about $899/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up.
