Is West Fork a good place to live?
Alright, You can expect to pay around $1,059 for rent here. Poverty rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,059/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
