Things West Park needs to improve
I'm originally from Cincinnati and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $73,397 in West Park. Poverty rate is 22.7%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
