West Puente Valley is underrated, change my mind

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $591,800 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,250 for rent here. Household incomes average around $86,692 in West Puente Valley. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Good schools
- Plenty of shopping options
- Active local events

Cons:
- Cold winters
- Not very walkable
- Boring for young people
