Hi all, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 22,198 people. Homes are going for about $591,800 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
