Anyone work in healthcare in West Vero Corridor?

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $59,162, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cheers.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in West area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much developing but now it's surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Fairview. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in marketing. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone about the same since then.
