Hi all, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $629,100, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $140,000, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $140,000 in Westlake. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
