Co-working spaces in White Oak?

OK so Rent is about $1,784/month for a decent place.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is decent in most areas.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Fairview. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in construction. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Hope this helps!.
