Curious what people think. My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 1,007 people. Homes are going for about $84,100 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's excellent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in retail. If you're in real estate you might struggle.
People: Generally excellent. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Asian.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

- Close to major attractions
