People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.
I've been here 3 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
