Commute times in Whitinsville -how bad?

Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $440,100 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,271 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great BBQ places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 3 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
