Cheapest neighborhoods in Willard?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $204,300 on average. Median household income is $87,204, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,130/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Low crime in most areas
- Low taxes
- Easy commute
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- High property taxes
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
- Chain restaurants dominate
People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
